Here are some common questions about lessons.
I can provide tuition or workshops to all ages. I am PVG checked for both children and adults.
For children under 12, there is a requirement for an adult to be present during the lesson. More details on my safeguarding policy can be shared on request.
Lessons take place within the Two:8 Studios building at 28 Church Street, Inverness.
Note: The building is not wheelchair accessible. I am always happy to make reasonable adjustments for accessibility requirements such as alternative venues or home visits where appropriate. Additional fee's may be included for alternative venue hire or travel, which I can discuss with you in advance of accepting the booking.
The current rate for 1-to-1 tuition is £30 an hour. This is subject to change if there are additional requirements such as travel, alternative venue hire or group work.
Payment is taken at the end of a session. Cash, Contactless or Bank Transfer payments are accepted.
If you prefer to pay for a block of lessons in advance, this can be arranged.
No. You will have access to all the necessary equipment and software during lessons.
If you prefer to learn on your own equipment, this can be arranged.
Under 12's will require a responsible adult to be present during the lesson.
Young people aged 13-15 years old can attend lessons on their own but must have a signed consent form and their parent/guardian must remain reachable during lessons.
Parents/guardians are welcome to sit in during tuition for all ages.
Clear terms and conditions regarding supervision and safeguarding are provided during sign up for lessons.
